Stock room - On or about November 8, 2021, material was covering the floors, to include trash and collapsed stacks of freight, exposing employees to tripping hazards. Dollar Tree was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.176(c) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484134, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 22-03 Fair Lawn Ave. Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. (Repeat) Dollar Tree was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.176(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453267, citation number 2, item number 1(B) and was affirmed as a final order on 04/05/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1238 Bedford Street store #7611 Abington, MA 02351. (Repeat) Dollar Tree was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.176(c) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453267, citation number 2, item number 1(B) and was affirmed as a final order on 04/05/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2708 Renaissance Dr. Fort Worth, TX 76105. (Repeat) Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
