29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical a) Shop; On or about February 11, 2021 and at times prior, Fabricators were exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not have safety data sheets for all hazardous chemicals employees were exposed to in the shop, such as but not limited to, Klean Strip Lacquer Thinner, Klean Strip Odorless Mineral Spirits, Gumout Jet Spray Carb Choke Cleaner, and Slugger cutting fluid.
