29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Precision Cut Carpentry LLC., on or about November 01, 2019, at the address of 24962 Saddlehorn Drive lot 308, Perrysburg, OH: The employer did not ensure that a fall protection training program was in place for the employee that was exposed to fall hazards over six feet in residential roofing. Employees were observed working on the residential roof without the benefit of fall protection training from Precision Cut Carpentry. Precision Cut Carpentry LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1219150, Citation number 1, Item number 1b, and was affirmed as final order on 07/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7604 Shoemaker Drive, Waterville, OH 43566.
