29 CFR 1910.261(l)(11): Roll-type embosser. The nipping point(s) located on the operator's side were not guarded by either automatic or manually operated barrier guards interlocked with the drive: a) Converting - On or about August 28, 2018 the embosser on line 5 was not guarded exposing employees to amputation hazards. von Drehle Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1150043, Citation 1, Item 2b, issued on November 18, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Majorca Rd. Natchez, MS which became a final order on December 8, 2016.
