29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about April 20, 2017, employees exposed to fall hazards were not trained on how to recognize and mitigate those fall hazards. Ryan Schultz, dba Schultzy Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1067881, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1b, Issued on 07/09/2015, and was affirmed final order on 07/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1586 Schaefer Circle, Appleton, WI 54915.
