29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): The fall protection plan shall be prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast concrete work, or residential construction work is being performed and the plan must be maintained up to date. Location: site On or about 8/17/15, the fall protection plan in use during the framing process was not designed specifically for this site and not maintained up to date with changes. Contractors Imperial Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.502(k)(1)) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014607, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 02/06/15 with respect to a workplace located at 1700 W Cleveland Street, Tampa, FL.
