29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(C): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for removal and transfer of lockout devices or tag out devices and the responsibility for them. On or about 13 March, 2015 at 6455 Best Friend Road, Norcross, GA; employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in, and amputation hazards where specific procedures including but not limited to the Harris inserter lines # 1, 2, & 3 did not contain steps for the removal and transfer of locks and restart of equipment.
