JSW STEEL (USA) INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR1910.147(c)(4)(ii) CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315722769, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 4, ISSUED ON MARCH 06, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5200 MCKINNEY ROAD, BAYTOWN, TX 77520.
