29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: (a) On 7/8/2024 at approximately 14:30, a work-related incident occurred on a jobsite that resulted in a hospitalization. The injured worker was admitted to the hospital on 7/8/2024. The injured worker passed away in the hospital on 7/11/2024, at approximately 18:00. The employer failed to notify OSHA of the fatality within 8 hours.
