29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Accident prevention responsibilities: Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about August 10, 2022, at an establishment located at 4500 North Snowy Owl Court in Appleton, Wisconsin. Employees of Central Construction, LLC were exposed to fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities and no frequent or regular jobsite inspection by a competent person was conducted for accident prevention. Central Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1554410 citation number 1, item number 1, group a and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 343 Bell Street, Neenah, WI 54956.
