29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about June 18, 2021, for the employees working in a trench eight feet in depth beneath an undercut concrete sidewalk and loose material on a spoil pile in the vicinity of Old Red Trail & Eighth Avenue NW in Mandan North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416918, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2019, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of Schafer Street & College Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
