29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) Shop; On or about January 27, 2021 and at times prior, Fabricators were exposed to chemical hazards, in that they were using hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Klean Strip Lacquer Thinner, Klean Strip Odorless Mineral Spirits, Gumout Jet Spray Carb and Choke Cleaners, and Slugger Cutting Fluid and the employer did not maintain a hazardous chemical list of what they were using.
