29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: A) M.L.S. Builders, LLC, conducting work at 19 Winfield Manor Court, Perrysburg, OH 43551: On or about July 1, 2020, the employer did not have a plan or program to identify job site hazards, which assists employees in maintaining a safe working environment. Such program would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards such as, but not limited to, falls during job site operations. M.L.S. Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA Inspection # 1361781, Citation number 1, Item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/19/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 460 Cantbury Blvd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
