29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. Precision Cut Carpentry LLC., on or about November 01, 2019, at the address of 24962 Saddlehorn Drive Lot 308, Perrysburg, OH: The employer did not have a plan or program to identify job site hazards which assists employees in maintaining a safe working environment. Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards such as, but not limited to, falls during job site operations. Precision Cut Carpentry LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1219150, Citation number 1, Item number 1a, and was affirmed as final order on 07/17/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7604 Shoemaker Drive, Waterville, OH 43566.
