29 CFR 1926.350(a)(1): Valve protection caps shall be in place and secured: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that the valve cap was secured to a compressed gas cylinder containing oxygen when not in use; thus exposing employees to struck by hazards. Condition was observed on 19 OCT and 3 NOV 2017. Hua Da Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.350(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143244, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 09 MAY 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 934 Arch Street, Philadelphia.
