29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) 414 CR 2790 in Guntown, MS - On or about October 7, 2014, in the shipping department, the flexible cord on a 42 inch diameter fan on the floor had a defective strain relief on the plug end and where the cord entered the fan housing.
