29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed. In northwest corner of dock area, a junction box had openings that were not effectively closed. The junction box had markings indicating it protected the Spink Air Compressor and lights. The openings were in the upper left corner.
