29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings: (a) Raw box - On or about August 7, 2014 mid-rail was missing at catwalk end near control for raw box doors. (b) Big raw box area - On or about August 7, 2014 section of catwalk had an opening missing a mid-rail near the motor to cross over screw. Omega Protein, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315308205, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, issued on September 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5735 Elder Ferry Road, Moss Point, MS 39562 which became a final order on October 17, 2012.
