29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a. On or about July 30, 2014, an employee performing tree trimming operations was not wearing a hard hat, exposing himself to an overhead hazard. b. On or about July 30, 2014, on the ground level, three employees performing clean-up operations were not wearing hard hats exposing themselves to an overhead hazard.
