29 CFR 1910.141(c)(2)(i): Each water closet did not occupy a separate compartment with a door and walls or partitions between fixtures sufficiently high to assure privacy: a) 4290 Alatex Road (Plant 2); On or about July 23, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not equip the stalls (i.e. water closet) in the employee restroom with locking doors.
