29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service. On or about June 10, 2014 at 120 McArthur Road, Marble Hill, GA: the employer provided a Clark electrical powered industrial trucks for use by the employees to move lift and assembling booths, boxes and cabinets. The employer did not ensure the powered industrial truck was examined before placing it in service.
