29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a. On or about May 12, 2014, employees were using pneumatic air guns without the use of eye protection, exposing themselves to eye injuries from flying debris or nails. Jasper Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1); which was contained in OSHA inspection number 546338, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/28/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 10775 Glengate Loop, Littleton Colorado,80130 .
