29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii): Where an assured equipment grounding program was not utilized, receptacles were not protected with ground fault circuit interrupters when on a two-wire, single- phase portable or vehicle-mounted generator rated more than 5kW, or where the circuit conductors of the generator were not insulated from the generator frame and all other grounded surfaces: a) Employees were using three-wire 120/240 Volt, Champion Power Equipment Portable Generator, Model #41532, with receptacle not protected with ground fault circuit interrupters to power tools onsite. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
