29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) On or about 10/25/12 - in the doorway between the High Stage and Vilter rooms, water was on the floor. (b) On or about 10/25/12 - in the Vilter room, water was on the floor near the pumps for recirculator REC 2. The employer, Pilgrim's Pride Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311948582, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/1/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 E. Lakeshore Drive, Waco, TX.
