29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(iii)(B): The employer failed to ensure that the Process Safety Management Standard Operating Procedures included safety and health consideration precautions necessary to prevent exposure, including engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment. On or about 10/23/12 at 654 Univeter Road Canton, GA; employees are exposed to ammonia hazards while performing Process Safety Management duties on the refrigeration system in the plant where the employer failed to include the Personal Protective Equipment required as it relates to the safety and health considerations of the refrigeration Process Safety Management System in the Standard Operating Procedures. REPEAT VIOLATION Section 17(a) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and 29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(iii)(B). Pilgrim's Pride Corporation WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OSHA STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION #314198573 CITATION #1 ITEM #8, ISSUED ON 09/02/2010.
