29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a. On July 8, 2025, at the above mentioned jobsite, the employer failed to implement the required written exposure control plan when conducting demolition operations on the facade of a building, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with silica. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
