29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record: 528 Bernardston Rd., Greenfield, MA: On or about April 25, 2025, the employer had not created a written certification for employee fall protection training. Sadi Gonzales, then DBA as Pinguins Construction, LLC was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1697664, citation number 1, item number 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on February 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 193 Moody Bridge Rd., Hadley, MA.
