29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation a)Fruit Room - Employees who cleared jams on the Maxwell Chase Tomato Slicer, Model MCT25, were not trained in lockout tagout procedures on or about 3/14/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19. Taylor Farms was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1612116, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/22/22, with respect to a workplace located at 200 N.
