29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Location: Job site; On or about 12/17/2024, employees were not adequately instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions while conducting framing activities at a residential construction site, including but not limited to fall hazards or struck-by hazards the employees were exposed to in the course of work. E & G Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1693061, citation number 1, item number 2-a, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 61 Dunster Road, Bedford, MA 01730.
