29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i):Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a)AMTEC Corporation dba Tech Ord, a Division of AMTEC Corporation at 47600 180th Street, Clear Lake, SD 57226: On or about and at times prior to November 25, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees were provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 that were allowed to voluntarily use respiratory protection. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards.
