29 CFR 1910.1053(j)(1): The employer did not include respirable crystalline silica in the program established to comply with the hazard communication standard (HCS) (29 CFR 1910.1200): a) Cement Mixer #1 (pipe side); October 22, 2024, and at times prior to the employer the employer did not establish a hazard communication program that included a section on respirable crystalline silica. Foley Products Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1053(f)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518033, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1091 Scott Dr, Clanton AL, 35045.
