29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Building 5 - Link @ W Squared, West Windsor NJ.: On or about 09/30/24 company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet 3 inches & 15 feet to the ground surface below, when working and walking from the second and third buck of supported scaffolds whose walking/working surface were not fully planked. KR Contractors, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1661594, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/23, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Main Street, Little Falls NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
