29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1):The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated: (a) Jose N Alvarado Services LLC, failed to certify abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected: Citation 1, Item 1 a Serious violation of OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) with an abatement date of January 30, 2025. Citation 1, Item 3 a serious violation of 1926.300(b)(2)) with an abatement date of February 12, 2025. Citation 1, Item 4 a serious violation of 1926.503(a)(1)with an abatement date of February 12, 2025. Citation 1, Item 3 a repeat violation of 1926.20(b)(2) with an abatement date of February 12, 2025. Citation 1, Item 3 a repeat violation of 1926.501(b)(13) with an abatement date of February 12, 2025. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
