29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At a job site located near 1901 Hightown Dr Lee's Summit, MO; Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, respiratory and skin contact hazards associated with the use of a subfloor adhesive. Employees use the subfloor adhesive when conducting framing work. The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program. Smart Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1619248, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02-03-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1156 Hummingbird Ct, Greenwood, MO 64034.
