29 CFR 1926.651(b)(4): While the excavation was opened, underground installations were not protected, supported or removed as necessary to safeguard employees: (a) On or about June 7, 2024, at a jobsite located at or near 7897 88th Ave, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 , two each (1) inch diameter cables located across the top of the excavation were not protected, supported or removed to protect employees from potential exposure to the cables.
