29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(i):The employer did not perform initial monitoring of employees who were, or might reasonably be expected to be exposed to airborne concentrations at or above the 8-hour TWA and/or excursion limits: a) 201 Ferry Street, Easton PA Facility - On or about April 23, 2024, and at times prior, employees worked in areas where asbestos was present on pipe insulation and the employer did not perform initial monitoring in accordance with this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
