29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) At Magic Tilt Trailers, Inc., located at 2161 Lions Club Road, Clearwater, FL, at or near Cutting & Drilling (C&D) and the Bunks Shop: On or about April 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards on the concrete floor in that there was an approximate 4-inch drop in the transition from one pad to another.
