29 CFR 1910.23(d)(7): Grab bars did not extend 42 inches (1.1m) above the access level or landing platforms served by the ladder: a) On or about 04/22/2024 at the site located at 3000 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209: Fixed ladder used to gain access to the DISA sampling area from foundry catwalk was not equipped with grab bars that extended 42 inches above the access level. Frazer and Jones was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(d)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401131, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3000 Milton Ave Solvay, NY.
