29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about March 21, 2024, in plant #2 by the kettle, employees worked in an area where a mounted fire extinguisher was blocked by equipment.
