29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 1001 Tuckerton Road, Evesham NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 2 inches to the ground's surface below, when walking and working near and at the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/06/24. b - 1001 Tuckerton Road, Evesham NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 2 inches to the flooring below, when walking and working near and at the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floors floor opening while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/06/24. Road Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707205, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 99 Wall Street, Passaic, NJ 07055 .
