29 CFR 1904.31(a): The employer did not record the recordable injuries/illnesses that occurred to employees who were not on their payroll, but were supervised by the company on a day-to-day basis. Location: Facility The company has not recorded recordable injuries and illnesses to temporary agency employees whose work is directed and supervised by company employees. Instance A: On or about February 5, 2024, a temporary agency employee suffered a severe laceration while attempting to service a block splitting machine. Instance B: On or about April 23, 2024, a temp agency employee suffered a finger laceration while attempting to service a bagging machine. The injury was not recorded on the 2024 OSHA 300 log. Instance C: On April 30, 2024, a second temporary agency employee suffered a finger amputation while operating a wedge cutting machine.
