29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On January 02, 2024, at 2412 Dutton Circle SE in Mandan, North Dakota, four employees exposed to fall hazards while engaged residential construction activities were not trained on hazards and exposures associated with falls. E P Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1608331 , citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 3413 Gallatin Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
