29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a)T & J Industries, Inc dba Metal Craft Industries at 1014 South Hillside Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to December 6, 2023, the employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees. This condition exposes employees to amputation and shock hazards associated with inadequate training on hazardous energy control. T & J Industries, Inc dba Metal Craft Industries was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1380742, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 15, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1014 South Hillside Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57110.
