29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2): The wording of signs was not easily read and concise: a) Plant 1, Station 13 APV - Two WARNING stickers posted on the dust hood above the chill rollers were worn, faded, and illegible, on or about November 16, 2023. The color of the stickers was completely faded, the word WARNING was discolored and illegible, and the pinch point pictograms were faded and not easily readable. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
