29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. a. Located at the U.S. Postal Service - Columbus P&DC: On or about November 21, 2023, the employer failed to provide OSHA safety and health compliance officer with the requested OSHA Form 300, 301 (for the previous six months), and 300A forms or their equivalent for calendar years 2023 (to date), 2022, 2021, and 2020, within four business hours of the request being made. U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a Repeat-Other-than-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1676411, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4904 York Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21212.
