29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Exterior of Building - Back: An employee was exposed to an approximately 40-foot fall hazard, while sheathing from a boom lift platform without connecting to the boom basket, on or about 10/30/23. The Road Contractor Corporation: was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698680, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at 619 Ho-Ho-Kus NJ 07423.
