29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii): The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator was cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user: (a) In production warehouse - On or about 09/27/2023, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards while providing 3M half mask respirators with 2091 filters for voluntary use while working around cotton fiber. The PCP Group, LLC dba Pellon Consumer Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1654804, citation number 2, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/25/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4801 Ulmerton Rd. Clearwater, FL 33762.
