29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": (a) On or about September 6, 2023 - Assembly, employees were exposed to fire hazards when there was no 'EXIT sign' on the door to the outside located in the little room that was the path from the assembly exit to the outside. Dean Sausage Company, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641623, citation number 3, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 6/8/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3750 Pleasant Valley Road, Attalla, AL 35954.
