29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 820 Flowers Court, Lot 6252, Marysville, OH 43040: On or about May 24, 2023, the employer did not maintain and enforce safety and health programs such as, but not limited to, personal protective equipment and fall protection/prevention programs for employees performing framing activities onsite exposed employees to the fall and struck-by hazards. Devael Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1477342, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Blackmore Drive Lot 2328, Delaware, OH 43015.
