29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Behind the Oven Rollup System Machine area near the Pull Table: On or about May 5, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn and smoke inhalation hazards, in that a portable fire extinguisher (Amerex ABC Dry Chemical Model B443) was not properly mounted.
